DEBRA DANKO

6-hour workshop – all levels

This exciting intensive workshop explores the different stitching techniques of machine embroidery. Students will develop a sampler suitable for a purse or small quilt or can create individual samples. Learn to enrich your quilt or garment surfaces with beautiful thread techniques that add surface design and texture. You'll use many weights of threads and decorative yarns and your sewing machine bobbin to stitch bold, decorative designs and will discuss fabric, thread choices and preparing fabric for embroidery.
